Rachel Lindsay Is Selling Her Entire Wardrobe From ‘Bachelor’ 2017
And now, you can own one of those outfits — those exact outfits!
Looks like now that Rachel has found love with fiancé Bryan Abasolo, she’s cleaning out the ghosts of boyfriends past in her closet.
More specifically, she’s selling off the clothes she wore while wooing Nick across the globe.
“Got cute clothes that remind you of an ex? I do. Today I'm selling clothes I wore on Nick's season (hello closure and new chapter!),” she wrote on Instagram this week.
Got cute clothes that remind you of an ex? I do. Today Im selling clothes I wore on Nicks season (hello closure and new chapter!) on @thredUP, my favorite fashion resale website. Go to thredUP.com/rachel (link in bio) to shop my penguin onesie, white coat from his hometown visit and tons of other goodies from my closet. All proceeds benefit the ACLU, an organization thats important to me now more than ever. #secondhandfirst #aclu #charity #foragoodcause
As the lawyer explains, she’s not hard up for cash or anything — this is all for a good cause.
In a timely move with all that’s going on in Charlottesville, she’s donating 100 percent of proceeds from these sales to the American Civil Liberties Union, an “organization that's important to me now more than ever.”
This is yet another fantastic move on the part of a reality star who has always been an advocate for minorities and outspoken against inequality.
So how does it work? Well, if you head over to her ThredUp page, you will see a number of familiar items for sale: accessories, tops, skirts, dresses, denim, and more.
All are very affordable, ranging from around $15 to $300 and largely falling in the under $100 range.
Even better, many of the pieces are accompanied by anecdotes about when she wore them, such as with the Lapponia red pom-pom hat she wore toward the end of Season 21.
"This hat marks the last date I had with Nick. It's super cute and kept me warm in that cold Finland weather,” she writes.
You may also note the white American Apparel bodysuit the brunette beauty wore on her first 1-on-1 in New Orleans.
Also in the bunch? Earrings and a coat she wore to a couple of crucial rose ceremonies.
She also threw in some things from when it really got down to the wire, such as her Fantasy Suite pajamas — a penguin onesies, of course!
Not to be overlooked is the black shift dress she sported during her Hometown Date.
Call us crazy, but we think this one may have secured her a ticket into the next week!
Our personal favorite, however, is the purple sleeveless top she wore in her ABC bio photo.
Sure, it’s not the most edgy or eye-catching piece — it’s actually pretty simple.
But considering she went on to become the first black Bachelorette ever, this is certainly a piece of history now!
