Rachel Uchitel’s nasty, drama-filled divorce is finally done. The former Celebrity Rehab participant, 36, is officially divorced from Matt Hahn as of January 13, TMZ reports.
After rising to media fame in 2010 as Tiger Woods’ former mistress, Rachel married Matt, a former football player, in October 2011, and the couple welcomed daughter Wyatt Lilly in May 2012.
Matt filed for divorce in June 2013, declining the oft-used reason “irreconcilable differences” and instead citing "cruel and inhumane treatment" as his grounds for wanting to end his marriage.
At the time, Rachel’s rep shot back that Rachel would "vigorously defend herself against Matt Hahn's false and defamatory claim.” He added that Rachel wanted to keep her divorce drama out of the public eye. "It is Ms. Uchitel's goal to resolve this action amicably, quickly, and quietly and not in the media."
Ultimately, it sounds like Rachel was able to do just that. While Matt had asked for full custody of Wyatt and spousal support, TMZ reveals that it is Rachel who ended up getting primary physical custody. (Matt, however, is allowed visitation.)
He didn’t get the spousal support he wanted either. Because of the couple’s prenup, neither of them will get financial support from the other.
