While Love & Hip Hop can be an amazing opportunity for up-and-comers, established musicians are always met with the side eye if they choose to join the cast.

Many rappers, singers and their family members have been offered roles on the show, only to turn them down.

R&B star Keyshia Cole recently revealed show creator Mona Scott-Young asked her to join the Hollywood edition, saying she turned down a million dollar check because it simply wasn’t enough, according to TheBreakfastClub.
