We came to Ravenwood for Tyler Blackburn (Caleb), but we’ve stayed for the entire cast especially Nicole Gale Anderson, whose turn as feisty foster kid-turned-ghost Miranda Collins has given us a serious case of the feels. This month, the young actress will be gracing the 2014 cover of TeenPROM, and co-star Brett Dier (Luke) has a sneak peek.

“So proud of @HeyItsNicoleA for her cover of @teenprom! Love ya Nicole!” Brett tweeted, along with a snapshot of him and Nicole holding up the magazine. Nicole is looking pretty darn glamorous as a cover girl, donning a slinky black dress and long, silver earrings. We’re used to seeing her in Miranda’s casual green parka, but she does clean up nicely!

And how sweet is it that co-star Brett is the one to proudly flaunt Nicole’s success? This cast and crew seems to have gelled extremely quickly, perhaps due to their filming locatio  in New Orleans, aka so far removed from the Hollywood scene and most other television productions? Whatever the reason, this cast makes us smile. Nicole retweeted Brett’s original message, along with the addition:  “awh love u too buddy! Thanks.”

When are we going to get more scenes between these two? We got a heart-to-heart between Olivia and Miranda in the Ravenswood fall finale. Could a scene between Luke and Miranda be next on the show’s agenda when it returns on January 7? We hope so, especially given that it seems like Luke will be having a tough time, potentially arrested in connection to his own father’s murder. Yikes! Sounds like these actors’ on-screen counterparts have more to worry about then what dress to wear to prom. (But, we do hope to eventually get that storyline, too.)

What do you think of Nicole’s covergirl look? And do you want to see some Luke/Miranda interaction as much as we do? Sound off in the comments below!

Tune in to watch Ravenswood when it returns on January 7, 2014 at 9 p.m. ET/PT, right after the Pretty Little Liars winter premiere!
