Shortly after news broke that Kenya Moore was being evicted for falling short on her rent for May, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star came forward to declare the whole thing ridiculous. In fact, she decided to sue her landlord, claiming that the eviction was fabricated so that she could sell it to the media. Now LA Late has gotten ahold of the counterclaim Kenya filed and shared the dirty details.

The website stated: "The 'conduct was for the purpose of defamation, harassment and intimation', Kenya’s answer asserts."

In other words, Kenya's landlord made up the whole thing just to get some attention from the media. Maybe she should be the next Real Housewife?

And here's where things get silly. According to Kenya, her landlord wanted her out because she didn't like her window dressings.

"Moore admits that her landlord didn’t like her taste in curtains," LA Late writes, adding, "But Kenya says that is her right under the lease to choose her curtains as she so pleases."

Curtains? Really?
