Just when Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson thinks he's out, he pulls himself back in... to jail, that is. The NFL player recently scored himself another sentence after slapping his lawyer on the ass. Yes, that is correct: slapping his lawyer on the ass.

His strict judge, Kathleen McHugh, had just agreed to a plea deal, but withdrew her approval and called for 30 days behind bars for Chad after the room erupted in laughter over his playful gesture. Smacking your teammates on the butt is common on the football field, but clearly less amusing in a courtroom.

Still, Florida's Attorney General thinks the judge overreacted and, according to TMZ, that's kinda a big deal.

"Although we never condone domestic violence, this event seems to question judicial temperament, not the subject matter before the court," the AG commented.

Apparently, "judicial temperament" is no laughing matter when it comes to the law and, if Judge McHugh is challenged, she could find herself in hot water, too.

Do you think she overreacted?
