Although Kenya Moore has been insisting for weeks that she was not going to be evicted anytime soon, moving trucks were spotted at her Atlanta home the same day she was in court. Regardless, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star is declaring a "victory" in the case.

“Today’s victory proves that celebrities can fight back and not be victimized by people who wish to lie about them and use their name for the sake of publicity,” she told Radar Online.

Since Kenya’s lease was up in July anyway we’re guessing that’s why she moved, but the landlord who forced Kenya out is also feeling triumphant.

“I am blessed and very relieved she has to vacate my home," she said.

One thing's for sure: Kenya's neighbors are positively psyched to see the former Miss U.S.A. waving goodbye.

“The quiet Roswell community is ecstatic that Kenya is finally ‘Gone With The Wind’ and their dog walkers can finally get back to their jobs without being questioned by paparazzi!” a source told the website.
