We’re not sure Kenya Moore and her landlord ever really got along, but things have only gone from bad to worse for these feuding females. Only a few weeks after appearing in front of a judge (who gave Kenya additional time to move out of the residence after lease was up) the Real Housewives of Atlanta star announced plans to counter-sue her landlord.

In a red carpet interview with HipHollywood below, Kenya claimed that she was not evicted, and even vowed to get even with her landlord in court in the coming weeks. “I have a day in court in that we actually had to counter-sue my landlord for falsely filing for that [eviction.]’

And what’s more? Kenya is totally confident that she’ll be victorious in her counter-suit. “I feel like I’ll be vindicated next month,” she concluded.

Do you think Kenya should be counter-suing her landlord, or is it best to just put this whole fiasco behind her? Check out the clip and then weigh in!
