It looks like big things are on the horizon professionally for Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss's fiance, Todd Tucker!
Kandi has endured plenty of people — including her own mom! — telling her that Todd is freeloading off of her, but it looks like Todd is making big strides in his career as a TV producer.
Kandi and Todd met while Todd was a production manager for True Entertainment, the company that produces RHoA, and so with the couple appearing on Watch What Happens Live last night, host Andy Cohen asked Todd what he's doing for work these days.
"[I no longer] work for True," Todd says. "I've been getting calls for [TV production] jobs outside of Atlanta quite a bit but haven't taken them because it's hard to be away from home for months."
But things may be about to take off for his own TV production company. "So I have my own production company, and I'm in the talks now to actually produce a show through my own company, so it's coming together," he says.
Meanwhile, Kandi admits that Todd didn't want to appear on RHoA at first. "Yeah, I mean, he definitely didn't want to be on the show because coming from TV, he knows how that can go to the left sometimes, and he didn't really want to be putting himself out there like that," she says.
We're glad he agreed to appear on RHoA after all, and we're wishing him all the best in his future endeavors.
