Things get real for Cynthia Bailey next week on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, as the reality star preps for surgery on her uterine fibroids. Cynthia elects to have a less invasive procedure called uterine fibroid embolization, an alternative to undergoing a radical hysterectomy. But the surgery is still pretty serious, and Cynthia's not mentally prepared for what it entails.

"I thought this was a very simple surgery," she says in the promo, as Peter facepalms in the waiting room. On the upside, Cynthia still manages to look like a million bucks in her hospital gown.

Meanwhile, Kenya's still dealing with her landlord, Kandi continues defending her relationship with Todd, Porsha's trying to get back on her feet after the split from Kordell, Phaedra's struggling at home with the new baby, and NeNe's dealing with her acting career being on hold temporarily.

Catch the drama next week during an all-new episode of RHoA on November 17 at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo. Will you watch?
