"I eat well and work out and I don't let haters stress me. I live hunty!!!" she enthusiastically responded.
In other words, Kenya prescribes diet, exercise, and avoiding stress. OK, so she's not exactly revealing anything new or giving us any instant fix to shed extra pounds, but maybe that's a good thing. Quick fixes usually mean short-lived results, while diet and exercise are the only way to achieve your goals and keep your improved figure for a long time. Not to mention that getting healthy and feeling healthy just makes you a happier person, all around.

"I know I shouldn't be eating this but it's 70 in LA and they are that good! #mexicanhotdogs," Kenya admitted next to a photo of delicious looking hot dogs.
