Things got pretty heated between NeNe Leakes and Kenya Moore on this week's episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and the fire continued to burn on the internet after the episode aired. As the tension escalated during NeNe's Pillow Talk party, both women said things in the heat of the moment, but NeNe crossed the line, according to Kenya.

In particular, Kenya took issue with NeNe using the word "queen" to describe her friend/assistant, Brandon Deshazer, and she wasted no time sending NeNe a message over Twitter during the show, and on Watch What Happens Live right afterwards.

"You are not cute gay bashing anyone. #nohate #RHOA," Kenya wrote as the episode unfolded.

NeNe went on her website to share a blog with her thoughts on this week's ep, where she included a response to Kenya's comments:

"Did I hear someone say I was 'gay bashing' because I called Brandon a queen? Really? Bravo has a show called Fashion Queens with two very out gay men in women’s clothing, makeup, jewelry, and high heels! Are they 'gay bashing'? Try something else, boo, because that won’t work! Girl, bye," NeNe concluded at the end of the blog.

NeNe makes an interesting point about the popular Bravo show, but we can see why Kenya would take offense to her choice of words. Still, maybe Kenya is taking this too far?

Do you think NeNe deserves to be accused of gay bashing or do you think Kenya is making a big deal out of nothing? Share your thoughts on the situation in the comments section below.
