Basketball Wives LA Season 3 premiered last month, and sadly, Brooke Bailey is no longer a cast member. Now, Brooke is revealing why she's off the show.

Brooke denies that Draya Michele got her fired. "[There were rumors that] Draya got me fired, and all of this stuff," Brooke tells The Jasmine Brand. "We are all casted, so at the end of the day, no one has the power to fire someone. No, that didn’t happen. I just felt like that wasn’t the place for me."

"I have done reality television before; I have worked in the industry for almost a decade now, and sometimes things don’t fit, and that just wasn’t the right fit for me," Brooke continues. "I didn’t want to be the negative person on television."

Brooke also explains that her departure had to do, in part, with her family. "I do have children, and I have a daughter that is going to be 17, going to college, and there is just a little bit more of my life that I felt like wasn’t shown, and I want that to be shown in a more positive light  not just for my children but for myself as well," she explains.

We're bummed that Brooke is no longer on the show, since she always brought plenty of drama. However, we respect her decision to do what's right for herself and her family, and we wish her daughter all the best in college! And now we have our fingers crossed that Brooke might end up on another reality show in the near future.
