Up until now, no one, not even Andy Cohen, has responded directly to the rumors of a brawl between Porsha Williams and Kenya Moore at the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion taping. It’s not exactly shocking, considering 1) Bravo will want to save the drama for when it airs, and 2) there are some legal implications, thanks to Kenya’s 911 call. However, you can’t expect our girl NeNe Leakes to hold her tongue forever, can you?

The Dancing With the Stars contestant was on VH1’s Big Morning Buzz Live this morning, and she finally addressed those persistent rumors.

“There was a physical confrontation that happened at the reunion,” NeNe revealed. “They actually touched each other. They actually got physical.” And we have confirmation, people!

This season has been particularly physical, when you take into account how many violent altercations have occurred on air: the Pillow Talk party, Carmon and Mama Joyce, Marlo and NeNe… the list goes on. But this upcoming showdown marks the first time two of the series main cast members actually used force against one another — if you don’t count Sheree Whitfield pulling Kim Zolciak’s wig back in Season 2 (aka the good ol’ days).

But NeNe wants it known that she does not agree with engaging in a physical fight — despite what people might think.

“I don’t condone violence,” she asserted. “I do condone a little reading… talk a little trash, but you need to keep your hands to yourself … They welcome a good argument. That’s always good television, but to touch each other really crosses the line.”

Unfortunately, that’s where Linnethia’s details end — tune in, people! — but she does confirm that Porsha had a reason to lash out at Kenya.

“One was provoked; the other one knocked her out,” NeNe explained.

Whatever Kenya did or said, she clearly got under Porsha’s skin and brought out a new side of her. That’s not an easy feat!

What do you think Kenya did to provoke the fight? Do you think Porsha should be fired? Tell us in the comments below.
