Looks like it’ll be awhile still before Apollo Nida receives any sort of sentencing for the fraud and theft case against him that is currently underway. The Real Housewives of Atlanta hubby was back in court on Monday, April 21, where he appeared in front of a judge with his attorney. But soon after, his case was switched to another judge, and a new court date that has yet to be set.

As you may remember, the 35-year-old husband of Phaedra Parks had a federal criminal complaint filed against him a few months back, which claimed that he had created several fake collection companies so that he could access personal info and credit history databases to steal identities. Then, using those identities, investigators say he obtained loans, unbeknownst to the victims.

If that’s all old news to you by now, this might not be: According to the Secret Service, Apollo — and his partner Gayla St. Julien — opened bank accounts for fake companies, where he allegedly stashed $600K, $735K, and $800K separately. In other words, he’s accused of stealing nearly $3 million! Yikes.

Now, no official indictment has been made against Apollo, so we will withhold judgment for the time being. After all, these are very serious charges, which will have a great bearing on the reality star’s family — including Phaedra and his two adorable young sons. For now, at least he has his supportive wife by his side.

“We'll support him; we are a family, he's the father of my two beautiful kids," Phaedra stated in a recent interview, adding, "At the end of the day, I am a Southern belle and I believe in family and I will support him until this is resolved."
