It's been just over a week since Porsha Stewart and Kenya Moore shocked Real Housewives of Atlanta fans when they got into a physical altercation during Part 1 of the Season 6 Reunion. Moderator Andy Cohen asked Porsha to go home for the remainder of the taping, rationalizing that she wasn't emotionally prepared for the event. However, now he has asked her to return to talk about what happened during a special one-on-one edition of Watch What Happens Live.
Andy took to his Twitter account to announce the appearance.
"I'll have a 1-1 interview with @Porsha4real next Sunday night on @Bravotv," he wrote on this page.
The interview is scheduled to take place after the third and final episode of the Season 6 Reunion this Sunday, May 4.
Since the incident, Andy has taken a lot of heat for allowing Kenya to use props during the filming, so we can expect him to apologize to Porsha for not stopping the behavior sooner. First, she waved a scepter in Porsha's face. Then, Kenya took out a bullhorn, which she used to talk over Porsha and anyone else who tried to speak. In a recent interview, Porsha even referred to the scepter as a "weapon."
But, we're also anticipating a remorseful Porsha. She recently apologized to fans, viewers, and fellow Housewives for her actions in a public statement. We're glad Andy is giving her a chance to explain the incident from her point of view.
