Anderson Cooper Puts the Housewives' Singles on Blast... Except Kim Zolciak's!

The Silver Fox and his apparent biffleship with Andy Cohen has rendered Anderson Cooper something of a Bravo commentary mainstay. He even tattled on NeNe Leakes for drunk dialing him during a taping of Anderson Cooper 360! Of course, as we all know, NeNe boasts the honor of being his official H'Wife crush, so there are no hard feelings towards her pinot grigio-fueled antics.

But Anderson recently put several of the other Housewives on blast on his show, notably the "singing" ones. The Countess (RHNY), Michaele Salahi (RHDC), Danielle Staub (RHNJ) and Simon Van Kempen (Househusband married to RHNY's Alex McCord) all landed on Anderson's RidicuList, where they bore the brunt of his snark as he mercilessly picked apart their respective singles.

After airing a clip of The Countess's new single "Chic C'est La Vie," he quipped, "Ooh la la, Countess! Voulez-vous coucher avec moi, c'est soir? That means, 'Please stop, you're scaring me,' right?"

Anderson noted that Danielle's single was worse, and refused to even mention Michaele's on the grounds of refusing to give her "that moment of joy when the Google Alert pops up on her bedazzled Blackberry to inform her that her name has been mentioned on TV." Fair enough, AC.

Surprisingly, though, the only Housewife whose single got a glowing review was our very own Kim Zolciak! Apparently, Anderson is unaware of her longstanding rivalry with his crush, NeNe.  Otherwise, he may have thought twice before delivering this endorsement:

"The one Housewife song I will never mock is the song that Rolling Stone called 'an anthem for our times.' Well, truth is, they never really called it that. I'm gonna call it that, though. An anthem for our times... [from] OG Atlanta Housewife Kim." After rolling a clip of "Tardy for the Party," he solemnly vowed, "Take that, Rebecca Black. I will never be tardy to your party, Kim."

Almost makes you want to fire up the Kim Zolciak playlist (read: two songs) on your iPod and dance around your living room, doesn't it? (Go ahead. We won't tell.)
