Chad Johnson Faces More Legal Trouble: Who Is Suing Him For $130,000?
A little over a week after the alleged domestic dispute with estranged wife, Evelyn Lozada, Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson is facing even more legal trouble — this time in the form of a $130,000 lien, a right to keep Chad's property until the debt is paid.
TMZ reports that Jacinth Preston — a man who worked in Chad’s Florida home where the altercation with Ev reportedly took place — has filed a lien against the former Miami Dolphins football player for $130,000 in unpaid wages.
Preston claims that Chad owes him for work he completed in Chad’s home, including landscaping and decorating, among other things.
While a lawyer for Johnson had no comment, the lien means that if Chad doesn’t pay off the $130,000 debt soon, his house could be foreclosed on.
Yikes!
