Even though Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson already issued cease-and-desist letters to two websites that published footage from his sex tape last month (and the sites promptly removed said footage), Chad still plans to sue for unspecified damages.

According to TMZ, the footballer claims that WorldStarHipHop and Media Takeout posted the allegedly stolen footage without his consent, and even though it was promptly removed, his reputation has already been damaged.

In addition to unspecified damages, Chad has also asked for a court order blocking the sites from posting the footage ever again.

Honestly, we think Chad did enough damage to his own reputation given the alleged events that lead to his divorce from Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada, but how do you think he will fare in court this time around?
