TMZ is reporting that a Texas court may stop Basketball Wives from airing because of a lawsuit involving Tami Roman, one of the stars of the show.

Crème de la Crème hair company sued Roman in March for violating a contract she had with them by not endorsing their product and plugging her own hair line instead. As a result, the company is now asking the court to bar VH1 from airing any segments in which Tami promotes her own hair line instead of Crème de la Crème.

However, Roman alleges that Crème de la Crème is at fault because they didn’t pay her on time, therefore they broke any contractual obligation Roman had to them.

According to Roman, if the court refuses to allow the show to air, “millions of people” would be affected. She is asking the court to air the show as is, and is requesting that Crème de la Crème remove her name and likeness from any and all of their products.

The case is currently awaiting a ruling from a judge
