Donald Trump, Ivanka Trump, and Don Trump Jr. greet the cast of Celebrity Apprentice Season 5 in New York City on October 26.
Celebrity Apprentice host Donald Trump claims that many cast members from the Real Housewives have asked the real estate mogul to appear on his hit reality show, according to Digital Spy.
When asked if other Real Housewives have approached him about doing the show, The Donald told reporters, “Almost all of them!”
As we know, Real Housewives of Atlanta’s own NeNe Leakes appeared on the show last season, and this season, Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice will be competing for The NephCure Foundation, an organization that aims to raise awareness and funds for life threatening kidney diseases.
The Donald also revealed that he was impressed with the way Teresa played the game, saying, “Teresa is on there and is great, as you know. She was a real piece of work and is terrific on the show. She's very tough, very educated and she's got her own ideas. She was a great character, no question about it.”
Based on his response, it sounds like Teresa got pretty far in the competition!
As for the cutthroat casting process, Mr. Trump dishes, “Virtually everyone wants to be on the show. We turn down many, many people for every one we take. Give me a list of 1,000 celebrities and you'd be surprised how many of them we've turned down.”
