Evelyn Lozada has finally broken her silence following her husband, Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson’s arrest for allegedly head-butting her over the weekend — and she’s not happy with how he’s handled the situation.
Ev tells TMZ, “I am deeply disappointed that Chad has failed to take responsibility for his actions and made false accusations against me.”
Evelyn had previously told police that Chad head-butted her, but Chad is claiming that his wife was the aggressor.
While she makes no direct mention of divorcing her hubby of less than two months, the Basketball Wives star acknowledges that Chad is in desperate need of help.
“It is my sincere hope that he seeks the help he needs to overcome his troubles. Domestic violence is not OK, and hopefully my taking a stand will help encourage other women to break their silence as well,” she concludes.
Chad’s alleged actions have already cost him a reality show and his spot on the Miami Dolphins. Should Evelyn follow suit and divorce her man? Weigh in below!
