By now, everyone from your co-worker to Queen Bey herself knows about Kenya Moore’s trademark phrase: “Gone With the Wind Fabulous.” The meme-worthy platitude has spread like wildfire, even sparking a single and hilariously over the top music video from the Real Housewives of Atlanta star.

But just how did the throwaway remark become a viral sensation?

In a recent sit down with BravoTV.com, Kenya revealed that the inspiration behind the phrase was none other than a conversation with her Aunt Lori, clearly the original Gone With the Wind Fabulous lady.

According to the former Miss U.S.A., the two just happened to be discussing how fantastic they were while on vacation in Barbados, and the catchphrase just came about naturally.

An extra nugget of wisdom from the Georgia diva: “if you’re doing something right, you’re going to have haters” — which must mean Kenya is doing everything amazingly right!
