After months of speculation, Jacqueline Laurita is finally revealing why she chose not to attend the Season 3 reunion of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

In an interview with Ranu’s Reviews, Jacqueline reveals that the cast had just finished filming Season 4 the night before the Season 3 reunion, so tensions were already very high.

She vaguely explains, “There were a lot of things going on. A lot of things behind the scenes, actually. It was a long build-up. There were a lot of things that got me to that breaking point. I had like a little breakdown if you will. I just had enough of everything. I just didn’t want to be involved in anything. I just wanted to be alone. I went through something.”

As for what we can expect next season, Jacqueline dishes, “I have to say Season 4 was a very hard season for me. It was a little different on camera then the pressures I was getting off camera.

“I always try to do the right thing by everybody and that’s what I always try to do but sometimes people don’t perceive things that way. It was really hard. I went through a really hard time with a lot of it,” she continues.

Jacqueline also hints at a change in dynamic for the cast, but is careful not to give anything away. “There is a lot of relationship shifting with season 4. I think by the time the reunion comes out a lot will be explained.”
