Kandi Burruss sends texts to friends inside her New Year’s Eve party at the Orange Drive Music Festival in Miami Beach.

We’ve known for a long time that Kandi Burruss is one of Atlanta’s most successful housewives, even if she doesn’t flaunt her dough like some of the other gals do. (We’re looking at you NeNe Leakes.)

On Wednesday, Kandi tweeted a pic of her new digs, and let’s just say we’re really impressed. Kandi tweeted, “Just got a new house!!!!!! So much work to be done....” and included the Instagram picture below.

We’ve gotta hand it to Kandi, she’s always been classy, and obviously worked very hard to buy that enormous house. Congrats girl, you deserve it!
