It's time for our weekly dose of insanity — here's what went down with Kandi Burruss on Season 5, Episode 9 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Let's do this!
First Comes Love, Then Comes the Minister?
Basking in her post-vacay love haze, Kandi stopped by Porsha Stewart’s home to chat. Talking about her marriage plans, Kandi told Porsha and Cynthia Bailey that she would like to be engaged and was even open to having more children with Todd at some point in the near future.
But just to be clear, while she would like to get married, she didn’t want to pressure her groom into proposing, like say, another woman she knows. (Rhymes with Benya Boore.)
Later on, Phaedra Parks offered up the services of her pastor to bless Kandi’s new home, and also took the opportunity to interrogate ask Todd if she should be reserving the minister’s services for another type of event anytime soon. Hint. Hint.
Kandi quickly squashed that notion, and when Phaedra launched into a unsolicited tirade against her husband, Apollo, it’s no wonder she has no desire to take the plunge too soon. Kandi may want to wait for the right time, but with everyone butting in, the path down the aisle may be more cluttered than she bargained for.
