During the Season 4 reunion of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, we found out that Kandi Burruss had finally come out of celibacy now that she was dating a RHOA production guy she met while filming in Africa. On the Season 5 premiere last week, we got to meet the man of the hour, Todd.
