Many months ago, Kim Zolciak claimed that she and her family were not been living in Kendra and Antonio Davis’ Atlanta-area home illegally, but the lease told a different story.

According to TMZ (which obtained said agreement last June), Kendra or Kim retained the right to terminate the lease so long as they gave written notice 30 days before May 30. The documents show that Kroy emailed Kendra back in March, stating that the family would vacate the house by May 30, 2012, yet on June 5, 2012 they were still living in the house. Uh oh!

Per the terms of the lease, Kim and her hubby were required to pay $600 a day for every day after May 30 that they were still in the house, but Kendra claimed she didn't receive any money.

Kim said at the time that she planned to pay the Davises a lump sum once she moved out for good, and she is currently shacking up in her Georgia townhouse.
