Kroy Biermann’s Atlanta Falcons Teammate Arrested For DUI

Fresh off the Falcons’ 21-27 win over the Denver Broncos on Sept. 17, one of Kroy Biermann’s Falcons teammates was arrested for a DUI. Uh-oh, sounds like someone celebrated the crucial win a little too hard.

TMZ is reporting that Falcons running back Michael Turner was arrested for a DUI around 4 a.m. on Sept. 18 after police officers in Georgia pulled him over for traveling 95 mph in a 65 mile-an-hour zone. When officers approached Turner’s car they smelled alcohol on his breath and arrested him.

The Falcons organization released a statement regarding the incident, saying, “We are aware of the situation involving Michael and are in the process of gathering more information. Because this is now a legal matter, the club will have no further comment at this time.”

Michael was later released on $2,179 bond.
