Bravo has introduced a new crop of Housewives to their Sunday night lineup, and they are heating up the ratings. Think The Real Housewives of Atlanta meets Grey's Anatomy — in other words, television heaven.
According to NBCUniversal Direct: "The new docu-series follows the lives of six of Atlanta’s most dynamic and successful women, including doctors and wives of doctors, as they juggle bustling careers, family, and social calendars. From baby deliveries to some of Atlanta’s largest charities, these women are united by medicine, but often struggle to maintain friendships in the face of their world’s rigid hierarchy."
The six women are Jacqueline Walters, Kari Wells, Mariah Huq, Quad Webb-Lunceford, Simone Whitmore, and Toya Bush-Harris. Based on the show's early success, we're guessing these gals will all become household names by the end of the first season.
The debut episode on March 24, 2013, was the most watched series premiere since Bethenny Getting Married?, and the most watched non-spinoff premiere in Bravo history. Impressive!
