The Season 5 finale hit record-high ratings for The Real Housewives of Atlanta, with a 31 percent increase in viewership over last year's last episode. Now that all is said and done, though, we have to ask the question: Was the closer that amazing or was it a little bit boring?

Aside from a downer scene with Kordell and Porsha Stewart talking to a therapist about their less-than-picture-perfect marriage, most of the episode was centered around Kenya Moore's Hollywood Icons Gala. And, while it was fun to watch all the women get dressed up as classic film characters, everybody knows that a good RH finale should have drama and plenty of it.

Don't get us wrong — it's not as if the final ep was completely drama-free. After all, Kenya did pull out her crazies by kicking Porsha out of her party for wearing the wrong costume. And, even more dramarrific, the rest of the Hotlanta Housewives decided to walk out with her in support.

But, in the end, Kenya made nice and apologized, the ladies came back inside, and they all lived happily ever after. Excuse us while we stifle a yawn.
