Another week, another vaguely ridiculous task for the cast of Celebrity Apprentice.

This time, the two teams were forced to roll up their sleeves and get creative, crafting two storefront window displays for Ivanka Trump’s Lord and Taylor collection, and finally the ladies stepped up and got it right.

With two former models in their corner, is it any surprise Team Forte ultimately came away with the win?

Here are the top three moments from episode 3 that made us do a double take and say ‘OMG!’

1. Dee Snider’s Twisted Finger

Turns out that Dee’s ‘severely fractured’ finger, which he injured in last week’s challenge, required some serious care in the form of emergency surgery.  While the rest of Team Unanimous was operating at warp speed led by George Takei, Dee was busy being operated on. The special surgery left him with four screws in his finger and unable to participate in the challenge. Admiring the ailing rocker’s dedication, The Donald decided to give Dee a pass in the board room, letting him stay despite his absence.

2. Aubrey O’Day Saves the Day

On the other side of the store, the women’s second window arrangement was hanging in the balance when a mix up with their photos left them with no display and only 15 minutes to create a new one. Quick thinker Aubrey O’Day stepped in and took charge, convincing the girls to go with a live action model display that frankly was better than their original idea.

3. Clay’s Claws Come Out

Despite trying to stay tight-lipped in front of The Donald, Clay Aiken’s true feelings toward project manager George Takei came out in the board room. His less than stellar review of George’s abilities, combined with the fact that he actually laughed when asked how the Star Trek legend was doing as team leader, made us kind of question whether Clay has changed since his wholesome days on American Idol
