NeNe Leakes has expressed some desire to leave Real Housewives of Atlanta, because it's bringing too much drama into her life (really, NeNe?), but it's pretty clear that she's gunning for a spin-off.

Now, a few insiders from Bravo are giving the play-by-play of what's going on behind the scenes, and whether she'll quit or get fired first.

Much of NeNe's notoriety comes from being BFF with Bravo exec Andy Cohen, but one source says even he's getting fed up with her "disrespectful" antics and "arrogant behavior." Her repeated and aggressive attacks on Kim Zolciak are also causing the network to get a little itchy about having her continue on Real Housewives. Apparently, she's alienated all of her cast mates, besides Cynthia Bailey, so it would be pretty difficult for her to remain on the show (although, may we point out, Danielle Staub didn't have any friends among the cast of Real Housewives of New Jersey and she managed to do OK).

"So, as of now, the plan is to 'phase' Leakes out within the first two to three episodes of season four, which begins in October," reveals a source to the NY Daily News.

As for the possibility of a spin-off, sources say NeNe "acts like there wouldn't be a network without her," and her big-headed attitude doesn't bode well for her scoring her own show.

At this point, it looks like Kim's closer to scoring a spin-off than NeNe. Which is the lesser of two evils here?
