Just weeks after she buried her son Kile Glover following a tragic jet ski accident, Tameka Raymond was back in court battling her ex-husband, Usher, for custody of the couple’s two young sons.

Hopefully Tameka can breathe a sigh of relief after the judge sided with her on two important issues, and found her ex in contempt of court!

According to TMZ, the judge ordered Usher to re-open Tameka’s Saks Fifth Avenue credit card (which was in his name) after he closed the account last year. Tameka argued that she needs the card to work as a stylist in Atlanta, and the judge agreed, finding Usher in contempt for cancelling it without warning.

Tameka also received $1,300 from her former hubby to pay an outstanding nanny bill.

We know Usher wants to have a custody agreement in place for his kids, but is it a little heartless for him to drag Tameka to court just weeks after her older son passed away? Vote below.
