Usher warned his ex-wife, Tameka Raymond, that he planned to evict her from the Atlanta mansion that the couple once shared, and now he has come one step closer to making good on that promise.

According to TMZ, the sexy singer and upcoming mentor on The Voice has listed the impressive home for $3.2 million. He purchased the pad back in 2007 for $3 million while still married to Tameka, and, of course, the house is quite impressive.

The 12,544 square-foot home features 6 bedrooms, 7 baths, 10-foot ceilings, a massive pool, an in-home gym, 4 fireplaces, and a library, and Tameka is still calling the decadent abode home. As per the couple’s 2009 divorce settlement, Usher agreed to let his ex live in the house, but in September he made it clear he had plans to the sell the property.

Although Tameka’s son from a previous relationship died following a tragic jet ski accident over the summer, and Usher won primary custody of her two youngest sons soon after, Tameka is said to be “unfazed” by this latest development.
