Kim Zolciak is nearly halfway through her fourth pregnancy but even that can’t slow this resourceful housewife down!

A pregnant Kim and her hubby, footballer Kroy Biermann, jetted off to L.A. earlier this week to attend NBC Universal’s summer press day on April 18. The happy couple were all smiles as they promoted their new spin-off, Don’t Be Tardy for the Wedding.
