We reported last week that an employee at Lisa Vanderpump’s upscale Beverly Hills restaurant, Villa Blanca, had been accused of changing several patrons’ tip amounts. And now the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is reacting by taking a closer look at her staff.
Initial reports said that two customers had stepped forward with complaints that upon receiving less-than-stellar service and tipping low on their bills, their receipts were later altered with a higher tip.
Lisa was reportedly “shocked” when she heard the news and she responded swiftly. Villa Blanca confirmed to RadarOnline that the restaurant refunded the bills, and the offending employee is no longer a part of the restaurant staff.
“Lisa Vanderpump's number one priority at her restaurants Villa Blanca and Sur has always been customer satisfaction. She cares deeply about her patrons, friends and her community,” her representative says.
There’s no doubt Lisa has handled the situation with absolute class.
