Please do your best to keep yourself from spontaneously bursting into a fit of jealous rage when you find out what Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville eats on a daily basis. Trust us: Fending off the jealous rage fits won't be easy.

Brandi — who is known for her phenomenal bod — tells People what she can pretty much eat whatever she pleases.

For lunch, the star says she might have "two tacos and two small burritos from Del Taco with extra cheese and light sauce on the beans.

"Dinner for her might consist of "two pieces of BBQ chicken with a scoop of coleslaw and a plain biscuit." We'll try to ignore the fact that coleslaw is kinda gross and just move on.

Her breakfast is usually coffee, and she tends to snack on sunflower seeds at her sons' baseball practice in the afternoon.

Wow! So she can eat fast food and still rock those bangin' abs? Some girls have all the luck.

"I’ve always eaten whatever I wanted," Brandi explains. "But as I get older, I definitely have to work out two to three times a week."

All told, Brandi's estimated daily intake is 2,620 calories. However, People's dietary expert has a small quibble about Brandi's eating habits.

"I wish her calories were more nutrient-packed," says Haylie Pomroy, author of The Fast Metabolism Diet.

Still, if Brandi can get away with eating tacos and still look that amazing, we say she should go for it!
