The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is right in the thick of filming Season 4, but no official announcement has been made as to who will be replacing departing housewives Adrienne Maloof and Camille Grammer.
The strongest contender so far has been former actress Carlton Gebbia, who’s been tailed by the likes of TMZ and has yet to shoot down rumors she is joining the show. Model Brenda Soleimani has also been snapped by paparazzi while cavorting around Beverly Hills.
But according to Radar Online, the first new cast member to reportedly join Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 4 will be Joyce Giraud.
“Joyce is going to make an excellent addition to the cast,” an insider told Radar. “She has it all: Looks, brains... and Joyce is feisty.”
A two-time Miss Puerto Rico winner and second runner up in the 1998 Miss Universe pageant, this 38-year-old beauty queen has proven acting chops as well. Joyce got her start with bit parts on shows like Baywatch and The Bold and the Beautiful before nabbing substantial roles in forgettable films like Miss Castaway and the Island Girls (considered one of the 100 worst films ever, according to IMDB) and Latin Dragon.
She later graduated to guest roles on popular TV shows like The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, Joey, and Heist. Joyce even made a small appearance in the American adaptation of The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, playing a Spanish TV reporter.
Most recently, Joyce Giraud had a recurring role on the Tyler Perry-helmed sitcom House of Payne. As for the part that makes her a housewife? Joyce is married to movie producer Michael Ohoven, and the couple have two young children together, Leonardo and Valentino.
What do you think of Joyce potentially joining Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 4?
