Lydia McLaughlin is probably the most sentimental housewife in Real Housewives of Orange County history, and that's exactly why we love her.

Coming off the most recent episode, Lydia took to her blog to dish about Monday's episode, and overall she was very pleased with seeing more about the family aspect of the show rather than the housewives themselves hanging out.

"There was something tender about the scene with the Dubrows," Lydia wrote. "Sure, they sold their huge mansion, which is like a modern day palace, and that may not be relatable. However, the love, adventure, and family apsect which they talked about is something that I think we all can connect with. It gave me warm fuzzies and was a sweet moment to share with them."

But then Lydia takes a turn and starts discussing the awkward relationship between Vicki Gunvalson, Brooks Ayers, and Brianna. "Brianna and Vicki are obviously close," Lydia pens. "So, for Brianna to feel so negatively about Brooks makes me think Vicki's relationship with him is doomed. A woman can never choose between her children and a man. The children will always win."

As for Gretchen Rossi and Alexis Bellino's lunch, Lydia says maybe they need a "friendship whisperer," but that it seems "there is just too much water under the bridge."

Lydia is such a level head about all these tense situations.
