We’ve seen plenty of Real Housewife weddings throughout the years, but we were only recently treated to our first trip down the aisle from Bravo’s other hit franchise: Million Dollar Listing. New York’s Fredrik Eklund wed his longtime partner, Derek, in a gorgeous tropical celebration.

Which begs the question, could LA’s Josh Altman and girlfriend Heather be next? They have, after all, been together three years now. Last season, they moved in together. This season, will they take things to the next level? Wetpaint Entertainment spoke exclusively with Josh, who opened up about his relationship with Heather and what else we can expect to see on Season 6 of Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles, which debuts on August 7!

Wetpaint Entertainment: Fredrick’s wedding was a highlight of the season. Would you and Heather consider a TV wedding?

Josh Altman (laughing): Well, first we’d have to get engaged. After that, I’ll leave it to the boss. That’s Heather!

But in all seriousness, you will see more of our relationship develop this season. All three of us, in fact, are in romantic relationships, and they’ll play a big role in our storylines.

Besides Heather, we’ll be seeing a lot of someone else in your life, too, won’t we?

Yes, my brother Matt. You’ll see the two of us working together a lot more. We’re partners now and you’ll watch us team up on more listings.

Can you give us a taste of what else we’ll see from you this season?

Two seasons ago, when I started, it was a really tough market, now things are much better. You’ll see me break some records on camera, which was exciting for me. And you’ll see me spar with my castmates. We all still don’t like each other, so that’s always good for some drama.

In the promo, we see you get into it with Josh Flagg. How much of your interaction with Josh and [cast member] Madison Hildebrand is set up by Bravo vs. how much of it would happen regardless of the cameras?

All of it would happen regardless of the cameras. The show tapes for an entire year and when you have cameras following you around that much, they’re going to get a ton of material. Because the market is in a super competitive place right now, they caught us crossing paths a lot. You’re definitely going to see some fireworks! The dynamics between us, it’s just wild.

Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles will air Wednesday nights on Bravo.
