Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump and husband Ken Todd are reportedly named in a lawsuit regarding their new bar venture. Now, Lisa is commenting on the legal hot water.

A lawsuit filed by LuLu Restaurant Group owners Ryan Carrillo and Andrew Gruver alleges that Lisa and Ken intentionally interfered with an existing contract for the location of Lisa's soon-to-open P.U.M.P. Lounge. Ryan and Andrew were reportedly planning to open a sports-themed gay bar in the space.

"I consider this to be defamatory and I’m talking to my lawyer," Lisa tells RumorFix about the lawsuit.

"We know nothing about this lawsuit," Lisa continues. "My husband took this lease in good faith in February.  All our notices have been posted publicly."

Lisa thinks her name is needlessly being used in the suit to bring media attention to the situation. "We had no idea these people were in negotiations with the landlord," she says. "It seems their issue is with the landlord!"

We're not really sure about the details of the suit, but Lisa is certainly not the first Housewife to be sued over a business deal. Recently, Real Housewives of Orange County's Vicki Gunvalson had been sued over her Vicki's Vodka line before she was dismissed from the suit

The one thing we know for sure: Lisa is not pumped about the new legal fracas.
