To say the Adrienne Maloof / Paul Nassif split has been a tad acrimonious might be putting it mildly. Nevertheless, it looks like for now Paul is going to let bygones be bygones on at least one issue: Where their son Gavin goes to school.
TMZ reports that Paul is dropping a claim against the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, who wants their son to remain in the regular school he currently attends. Previously, Paul had been fighting to enrol their son in a school especially for kids with special needs. (Gavin has learning and attention disabilities that require some extra hands-on care.)
While we’re unsure at this time what led to Paul’s change of heart, we hope it’s because he and Adrienne came to a mutual decision about what’s best for Gavin. Paul also dropped his request that Adrienne pay his attorney fees.
But it sounds like the case Paul filed against Adrienne wasn’t the only one struck from the docket. The celebrity plastic surgeon also reportedly withdrew a civil distortion and blackmail claim against his former chef, Bernie Guzman. The lawsuit concerned photos Bernie claimed depicted physical abuse by Paul against Adrienne.
