The Season 4 trailer for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills just dropped and we’re still trying to recover from the massive cat fighting that ensued. Not only is drama from last season spilling over, but the new housewives — Joyce Giraud and Carlton Gebbia — seem to be bringing their fair share of issues as well.

As expected, Brandi Glanville’s doggie fiasco and Yolanda Foster’s health problems will be explored this season, but it looks like the drama between Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards is far from over, with constant accusations of Mauricio’s infidelity. Lisa affirms that “there’s no smoke without fire,” to which Kyle responds, “f—k all of you!” Yikes!

Kyle describes Joyce as “beautiful and bubbly,” but it doesn’t look like Brandi is playing nicely with the new housewife. “If I was a bully I would have knocked your f—ing teeth out by now,” Brandi tells her.

And then there’s a dinner party scene. Uh oh, those are never good in Real Housewives land. Ken Todd is seen calling Yolanda stupid. Sure, Yolanda defends herself, but it looks like Kim Richards steps in and takes matters in her own hands.

“I’m tired of your goddamn mouth,” Kim shouts at Ken. “You’re a big, stubborn old man. Shut up!” Whoa, we never would have guessed that those two would ever get into a fight like this, though it makes sense because Lisa is still throwing shade at Kyle and Mauricio’s marriage.

But the ultimate smackdown is in the last few seconds of the trailer between Brandi and Lisa. While sitting in a little cabana, Brandi says, “I know you’re the chess player of all time, but I just f—ing checkmated you, bitch.” Drops mic. Prepare yourselves, Beverly Hills fans!
