Now that we have a premiere date for Season 4 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, we can finally get excited for more drama, but unfortunately that’s going to include a whole lot less of Taylor Armstrong this year.

The former star is stepping down as a main character and instead will just be appearing in a few scenes this season. What’s worse? This means that Tay’s recent engagement to John Bluher and their fairytale romance won’t take center stage this season. But what do the other housewives think about her absence?

Former co-star Kyle Richards, for one, revealed that she is sad to see her friend leave the show.

"I do miss Taylor,” Kyle said. “But I also miss Camille. I'm a creature of habit. The original six girls I really feel a sisterhood with and Taylor's always been an incredible friend to me."

Even though drama and backstabbing is a natural thing on the Real Housewives shows, Kyle insists that Taylor was always a great friend to all the girls. "She's never been one to backstab and always supported all of us," she said.

But don’t fret, these two are still chilling off-camera — and Kyle is even helping Taylor plan her wedding. "Taylor did just get engaged and I love John and I love Taylor so I'm very excited for them," Kyle gushed. "[Taylor's daughter] Kennedy is like another daughter for me. I think this is going to be a very great situation for Kennedy, and she needs this in her life. I'm very happy."

What do you think about Taylor stepping down from the show this year? Will you miss her? Hit the comments and let us know!
