Ken Todd, the husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump, is currently in the center of one odd lawsuit.

The reality star is claiming that not only was he extorted, but he was also attacked with a concrete chipper.

According to the lawsuit, Todd was on the site of his and Lisa’s West Hollywood bar P.U.M.P. Lounge on October 3 when he noticed one of the construction workers doing construction that was “both improper and unsafe.”

Todd then “respectfully proceeded to show defendant Kevin Cazaref how to properly operate a concrete chipper in a safe and proper manner” when Kevin allegedly threw the chipper at Todd, “causing serious and permanent injury to plaintiff’s lower body, including his hip, leg and knee.”

The defendant then “lunged and charged” at Todd, the lawsuit says.

Ken is also claiming that Kevin and his brother, David Cazaref, engaged in an “attempted shakedown and extortion” campaign, threatening Todd that they would go to the police with “false and fabricated accusations” that he himself had initiated the attack. The brothers allegedly threatened to drag Todd’s name through the mud in the media if he didn’t pay them $50,000.

The Real Housewives husband is now suing the brothers for unspecified damages, assault, battery, and extortion.
