Joyce Giraud's current series, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, is hotter than ever. However, her NBC summer series, Siberia, has just earned a none-too-flattering distinction.
As Joyce has mentioned on RHoBH, she appeared on the NBC fake-reality horror series Siberia, in which she played an actress-bartender named, uh, Joyce. Now, TV Line has named Siberia as having had the "Worst Series Finale" of any TV series of 2013. Ouch.
"Yeah, OK, we understood NBC pre-empting a week of its low-rated horror series about a group of besieged reality contestants to air coverage of the birth of Prince George," TV Line writes.
"But by combining the show's 11th and 12th episodes to create a completely inscrutable finale — ending with the pilot episode's "host" stumbling upon the surviving contestants in a burnt-out village and blurting, 'You're not supposed to be here!' — we reached the end of the book and discovered the last 30 pages were missing," the article continues.
Siberia has yet to be renewed by NBC, but the odds of a return don't seem great. The premiere episode was seen by 3.07 million people, but the season finale had only 2.2 million viewers. In other words, Siberia might be about to be exiled.
Do you agree that Siberia's finale wasn't very good?
