Oh, curses! On this week's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 4, Episode 13 recap, Brandi Glanville storms off when Lisa Vanderpump tries to talk about her broken hand, while Carlton Gebbia's religious practices just might have made Joyce Giraud's husband sick. So find some candle wax, straighten out your heart, and grab someone's butt while you roar like a lion.

A Pole by the Pool

The episode begins with Carlton's sexy pool party. Things get tense when Brandi walks away from Lisa when talk turns to Brandi not getting medical attention for her broken hand. And Kyle upsets Carlton by assuming that Carlton's pentagram tattoo is a Star of David. But then Kyle gives her necklace to Carlton, and so they're then on good terms  for, oh, about 45 seconds.

Meanwhile, Kim isn't at the party because she's busy at a autograph convention to connect with her fans, some of whom are a bit wacky unusual. But it's sweet to see how devoted some of Kim's fans are, like the one who gives Kim a family heirloom (!). We also see Kim flirt with former dreamboat Jimmy McNichol (who??), who once grabbed Kim's butt and roared. Hands to yourself, buddy.

Take That, Clooney

Kyle is getting back to her acting roots by appearing as a talent agent on an episode of Days of Our Lives. It's great to see Kyle onstage, and she really is a natural. But did she have to throw George Clooney under the bus with that story about him writing his lines on his hand? C'mon, Kyle — nobody speaks ill of The Cloon in our presence.

Yolanda is having a painting party to create goodbye artwork for her daughter Gigi, who's off to NYC for college. Things get off to a bumpy start when Lisa texts Yolanda right before the party to say she's not coming. Yolanda calls her up and lets her known she isn't happy about that.

An Apple a Day Keeps Carlton's Curses Away?

Things get even weirder once the other ladies arrive. Carlton apparently had a dream about Kyle talking trash about her religion — huh? — so apparently the truce between herself and Kyle is totally off. When Joyce tries to defend Kyle, Carlton appears to put a curse on Joyce. Uh-oh.

Sure enough, we later see Joyce telling Kim that her husband Michael suddenly got very ill. Did Carlton put a curse on him? If so, you might want to make sure you've had all your vaccinations before you hang out with Carlton anytime soon.

Our Overall Thoughts

We were so happy that Kyle and Carlton appeared to be on good terms, until Carlton arbitrarily decides to hate on Kyle again. Carlton just does not want to be friends with Kyle, does she? And we really wish that Brandi wouldn't take Lisa's advice about her hand so personally. Bone fractures usually require a trip to the hospital, Brandi!

Now, we can't wait for next week, as we see the fallout from the supposed curse. If anyone needs us, we'll be working on our lion's roar.
