You gotta admire Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster's strength, right? She continues her fight against Lyme disease and is more determined than ever to beat the malady, although her road is a tough one at times.

Yolanda appears on Good Morning America on February 12 to provide an update on her health and give a tour of her home, including the medical equipment needed for her daily routine.

"It's such a lonely disease, and it's so silent," Yolanda says of Lyme disease. Yolanda tears up when asked to recall her worst days. "I get emotional just thinking about it," Yolanda admits.

Yolanda says she has thought to herself, "'How am I ever going to get out of this?'" That said, she is now pushing forward. "I'm determined, and I'm going to beat this thing," she says.

Yolanda also discusses her plans to sell her current home. "I really am not that attached to material things," Yolanda says. "I can make any house a home." We love her attitude!

This has been a season of transitions for Yolanda. We've seen her preparing to help daughter Gigi move off to NYC, and we also saw Yolanda pass the U.S. citizenship test.
