Ever since we first saw Lady Gaga's "G.U.Y." music video, starring the cast of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, we haven't been able to stop thinking about how amazing it was! But surprisingly, Lisa Vanderpump required a lot of convincing in order to appear in the video.
Lisa tells Hollywood Reporter that she initially turned down the offer to appear in the video because she's been having such tension with her RHoBH co-stars. "I spoke to Andy [Cohen] and said, 'I don’t feel up to spending the day with these other women — they’re just too mean and bitchy,'" Lisa explains.
Luckily, Lisa changed her tune when Gaga herself called her on the phone to convince her. "I said I’d do it, but on one condition," Lisa reveals. "I want backup. I want the Gigster. She said, 'I’d love to have the Gigster in it.'" Once again, Giggy saves the day!
We think it's very interesting that Lisa was feeling so stressed out by her drama with the ladies that she was willing to miss out a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. We're just relieved that Gaga could finally twist Lisa's arm!
Are you surprised that Lisa turned down the video at first?
